I wonder if Sullenberger was on the flight?

A friend of mine was riding his Harley just outside Yosemite when a Bear ran out of the woods adjacent to the paved road and ran into his back wheel. Fortunately he was able to keep the bike upright but almost bit the dust. I thought you only had to worry about dear and birds! I almost ate a turkey vulture on my bike. The creature flew across my path in front of me and he was so close I could smell his stench. Never say never!

It's always very sad when animals are killed in this way, especially one as beautiful as a bear. I'm glad no other injuries were reported.

And apparently another Alaska 737 hit a fish in 1987. If you made this stuff up no one would believe you.
