We are happy to provide brand new native, 64-bit Prepar3D Version 4 Accu-Sim airplanes to existing A2A Prepar3D Version 3 customers starting on the day of P3Dv4 release, May 30th, 2017.

On the May 30th release date, customers who purchased the Accu-Sim Prepar3D C172 trainer from A2A will be able to visit our store (http://www.a2asimulations.com/store) and download the new 64-bit version of our Accu-Sim C172 Trainer for Prepar3Dv4.

More versions of our existing fleet of Prepar3D aircraft will be released in the following days, including the Piper “Cherokee,” C182 “Skylane,” Piper “Comanche 250,” North American T-6 “Texan,” and the Lockheed Martin “Constellation.” As new A2A Prepar3Dv4 aircraft are released, they will also be sent to our other distribution partners.

Lastly, we are very pleased with the performance and overall results of the new native Prepar3D v4 system. A lot of effort has been put into these new 64-bit Prepar3Dv4 Accu-Sim aircraft, and we are pleased to offer these upgrades complimentary to our existing customers.

All the Accusim-planes are in my hangar, but they aren't sitting long enough for their engines to cool much before next flight!

I notice the P-51 is not mentioned. Any plans for updating that little gem?

Vic,

Once the existing Prepar3D Accu-Sim fleet is released for version 4, we will begin the process of building Prepar3D versions of our FSX fleet of airplanes, including the Mustang. Moving FSX aircraft to Prepar3Dv4 is a more arduous process with some unpredictability, so we will take these projects one aircraft at a time and can't offer accurate predictions when each will be completed. And like previous Prepar3D products, these will be new, paid products when released.

That is great news too!

I'm so happy to pay for upgraded Mustangs, Spits, P40s, Cubs, and so forth. :-)

This is a screenshot of our T-6 Texan in Prepar3D v4. We've upgraded our aircraft with some of the new tech available in new version of the simulator - here you can see dynamic spotlight in the cockpit. It's now possible to grab the flashlight mounted on the wall, move it freely around and it will illuminate the cockpit accordingly.

Free update and inevitable P3D versions of the FSX fleet? Incredible. I am stunned.

Scott, I would give you an uncomfortably long hug right now if I could.

Amazing news! A2A products are the reason I am running P3D so this will mean I can allocate more money into your other aircraft vs spending it to upgrade my existing aircraft.
