Re: What else are you playing?
I haven't read the whole thread so it may have been mentioned earlier, but I've been playing the Gold Rush game on Steam nonstop for the last week. Pretty cool game, especially if you watch the show.

Nothing at all at the moment....I think the water pump has gone on my cooler

That's SAD (a Serial Analog Delay).G-BJPS wrote:Nothing at all at the moment....I think the water pump has gone on my cooler

But a new pump replacement shouldn't be costly.
Look on the bright side at least you haven't fried your CPU and Motherboard which would be vastly worse.
If something happened to one of my machines I'd have at least 33 others to use in the meantime

Re: What else are you playing?
I just picked up Borderlands 2 a couple weeks ago. This is the most fun I've had with a game in a long time, and I really like co-op aspect of it.
Re: What else are you playing?
Yeah, cheers fella. I'll wait until the new year and ring the company that built it for me, I'm sure they'll help me diagnose it over the phone.JJB17463rdBombGroup wrote:That's SAD (a Serial Analog Delay).G-BJPS wrote:Nothing at all at the moment....I think the water pump has gone on my cooler

Had it almost 4 years, and every day use....so I've had a good run out of it so far.

Hope you enjoy it!tbaac wrote:Ooo, Medieval Engineers is on sale at the moment.
Not heard of that before, giving it a look, thanks mglan80.
Apart from FSX, I've been playing TSW, FSW and SH4 recently.
edit: btw, I see the term "sandbox game" used a lot. Medieval Engineers uses it and I recently looked into U Boot, a submarine simulator that also uses it.
Presumably, most flight simulators could use the term as well because you can do what you want?

Re: What else are you playing?
Aside from aircraft and such, I have a huge and lengthy fascination with the American Civil War. For over 50 years now I have amassed a library that costs well over 6k USD. I've visited many a battlefield and have actually lived on land that was involved in an early war years engagement when I lived in Mechanicsville, Virginia.
Anyhow, there's a FPS out called War of Rights. They're still in development, (have been for over 3 years,) but it's a small operation not more than 5 people as the core development team. But they're using the latest in Cryengine technology for their efforts.
It's a ton of fun.
Because of the size of the team, and only after 3 1/2 years, they have released early alpha, (access by $65.oo USD, contribution through crowdfunding,) they've got several international servers set up now, and can host 90 players max per skirmish.
Give it a look at the link above, especially if you're into American history.

I play mostly at ETS2 (their 2 last dlc's are absolutely stunning) and ATS.
I also play a little at Project Cars 2, but i'm not good enough to play against other players.
