It's not a theater perse ..

IT does revert your FS9 to a 1930 era feel. It's the only way I fly FS9 now.

Golden Wings by Bill Lyons is what you want.

Just remember, this is for FS9/2004 civilian flight sim. No combat action in this sim at all.

But the download and install gives you a 1930s atmosphere. It's great with the WWII aircraft.

Snuffy, I have GW3 and all the updates for it. Now a question for you, and anyone else using GW3. Did you make a separate install of FS9 for GW3 and rename it, or overwrite the original FS9 installed scenery with GW3?

I've got to get GW installed but not sure how I want to do it. Actually I don't really care to fly any of the modern a/c in FS9..... except maybe the C-130 and a couple of others someday. So I guess it wouldn't hurt to just add GW3.

GT,

As I didn't have the room at the time to make multiple copies of a program as large as FS9, I just went ahead and installed it over my existing install.

In fact I didn't even rename it ... and it all installed just lovely.
I did the manual install with some slight modification to locations.

Make sure when you install GW3, that it is to a default FS9 with no addons or sometimes addon scenery will be goofed up.

Thanks Robert. I guess I'll have to reinstall FS9 then as I have WoP and the He-219 installed.

Addon aircraft wont make any difference, but scenery will. Ive ended up with trees on runways and in buildings. So install scenery after GW3 and the two updates.
