Which aircraft are you referring to Palm1?
Which platform are you using...FSX, P3D?
Do you load a default aircraft into the sim first, and then the A2A aircraft?

It’s better to start a new thread in the relevant forum to get support. Please let the guys know what sim you’re are using
A known problem is easy dock it tends to mees it up, the more relevant info the better

Yes, please can you start a new topic in the relevant tech support sub-forum for whichever aircraft this refers to and give us as much info as possible, including which host sim you're using.
