It's great and a honor to be a little part of that development, and I'm very grateful for this!

I first found out about a little company called Shockwave when I picked up FirePower being a HUGE CFS fan. Heavy Bombers and Jets soon followed... I kept track of the company just to find out what was next. And then a little thing called... AccuSim... Now I'm spoiled and not many other developers will cut the mustard.

I wasn't aware of the early financial difficulties years ago. Thank goodness you persevered, since a flight sim world without A2A is a dreadful thought. We have all benefitted so much. Half the fun of the flight sim hobby is the anticipation of what A2A will come up with next.
And congrats to Lewis! I wonder if Emma is into flight simulation.

Thanks for that great post Scott, it's nice to be able to see the origins of A2A and to hear of the roller coaster ride many of you took to get to this point. I'll echo what many others have said and that's a big thanks to the A2A team for all their hard work and perseverance.
Congratulations to Lewis and his new fiance, may your future be filled with happiness and joy!

Congratulations Lewis. Also I just discovered that we have the same last name, Bloomfield. I doubt that we are related as I am a cousin to the late, blues guitarist, Mike Bloomfield.
As to A2A, the C172 trainer is easily the most realistic GA aircraft ever for FSX/P3D.

Congratulations to all of you and Lewis & Emma.
Stop teasing us with the old warbird pics, you know they need some Accusim treatment, seriously though am really looking forward to the A2A Zipper and also an A2A plane with a tailhook, the F-4.
