FSX Profile

Post by Joachim »

We have no technical support section for A2A so again I post here until told were to go.
We use our A2A planes in FSX, some use Key buttons and some use CH-Hotas "cmc" profiles.
I searched at the CH forum for newest FSX profiles but none found for BoB2 which could be used for A2A for possible update.

I have seen pictures were it shows "2-D Cockpit (cycle panels)" using "W" with about 5 instruments
below the "Virtual Cockpit" using "F9" is shown.

Experiments just using Key buttons show I can F10 for 2-D Cockpit (just seeing the outside) then using "W" and have only the five instruments shown.
Clicking back with "F9" gives the Virtual Cockpit again.

The "W" with the 5 instruments below the Virtual Cockpit would be very handy at approach, IF it could be shown below in the Virtual Cockpit because using a very big FOV has the instruments to far away to read them.

Has any one given this a thought or try and is willing to share it with me.

There is a tech support forum for BobII down the bottom of the page. For FSX this is really the right area as its an FSX question not just A2A related.

The instruments at the bottom of the 'WW2 Fighters' pack of aircraft from us has no 2d cockpit and instead has the main gauges along the bottom is this what you mean?

Lewis, thanks.
I have used the BoBII tech support quite a bit in the past with questions pertaining to BoBII.
The Instruments I mean are the ones we use with the "W" command to see actually 6 of them at the bottom without cockpit.
FSX Is the program we use with A2A and so it is not a BoBII but really a A2A situation.

Where are we supposed to put tech quesstions for A2A?
For instance, I cannot see in the A2A P-47 the Tail Wheel lock lever moving when using key button Shift G or programmed button.
I can move it only with the mouse.

Place the questions in there respective product forums. So for the WOPIII P47 post in the WOPIII P47 forum.

The gauges is something on our ww2 fighters pack aircraft and not default fsx.

I will post any future questions in the A2A P-47 slot as asked.

But Lewis, I am not using any WW2 Fighter pack but using the 6 gauges with the "W" command flying the A2A P-47 without the Virtual Cockpit but in 2-D when aligning to the runway at approach as this is easier to do.
But I believe we have enough said about this and I will put it to rest.

Sounds like the old P47 which is part of the ww2 fighters packs. But can be brought seperatly, right?

Sorry I am getting into a muddle.

Lewis,
These pix show the A2A Simulation P-47D (NOT WWII Fighter Pack P-47) in FSX.
Pix1- Selection in FSX; Pix 2-The G8 (From Acc Sim); Pix 3- Virtual Cockpit; Pix 4- 2-D Cockpit using F10;
Pix 5- 2-D Cockpit (Cycle Panels) showing 6 Instruments using W; Pix 6- Back to Virtual Cockpit using F9.
All the Key Buttons are shown in FSX Controls Setting and I have them programmed in my CH-HOTAS

Now there should not be any doubt that this is not from the WWII Fighter Pack but it is the P-47D from
A2A Simulations INC (Accu Sim) in FSX.
