2d vs. VC Cockpits

I do a lot of flying from the VC. This morning I noted that there is a difference in color or hue between the 2d and VC cockpits.

The VC cockpit is darker than any of the other views including the 2d and external views. Just to be clear, this is not just the panel but everything from the VC cockpit is a shade or two darker. Is there a way one can "lighten up" the VC cockpit?

You could lighten up the textures in the aircraft folder to your preference. It won't hurt anything.
