Like flying on rails

Post by mJolner »

Only flown the M so far, simply awesome flight model. Seems almost too easy. This beast is solid as a rock in flight, little or no trimming required and just purs like a kitten.

I wonder if the real aircraft handles this easily.

Apparently yes!

Whilst I don't have the Jug yet, it is apparently an absoloute pussy cat with no nasty suprises like some of the other WWII fighters, and this seems to be true of the FM's I've done using the Flight Dynamics Workbook.

It's solid, stable & VERY heavy in pitch (much heavier than Mustang), but lighter in roll with quite good roll rates acheivable.

And it goes down hill pretty quickly too! :)

I must get this pack!

Cheers

What I like about the FM is that you can really feel the weight of this - Definitely ain't no Spitfire 8)
