Excessive yawing in P3Dv5.1 HF
Something I've not noticed before, an inordinate amount of yawing since the hot fix. I haven't tried other A2As yetl. If this was the behaviour prior to the 'fix' I feel sure I would have noticed it. Anyone else?

Hello,
any particular stage of flight?
The Bonanza V Tail does have a yaw due to the design itself (Its known to be a sick inducing motion for some users when in the passenger seats)
thanks,
Lewis

Morning Lewis. I used the Bonanza since day one and have never seen such a pronounced yaw. In the climb. cruise and descent. Yes it would induce sickness I'm sure. I'll have another go later to see if it was a one off.

I didn't know there was a Hotfix for v5.1, so can't confirm but I'm glad you mentioned it. I'll be passing on the Hotfix until you figure that one out...thanks for being the beta tester...

Well! Tried it again just now and wouldn't you know? It flew like wot it ortta. Cue music from that 60s mysterious type stories TV programme. Do do dodo, do do doodo. Come on, you know the one.
Hot fix 1. Nothing to be skeert of. It sorts out the Enhanced Atmospherics halos around stuff which was so awful I turned off EA. It reportedly fixes a bunch of other stuff, I wouldn't know, I don't go looking for trouble.

The famous Bonanza yaw isn't a constant. It occurs in specific areas of the envelope and only in certain wind conditions.Ron Attwood wrote: ↑20 Nov 2020, 07:44 Morning Lewis. It's mainly a "back seat" problem. You don't notice it all that much in the two front seats.

My first thought. Then I realised I had 'Fair Weather' on so...
I flew it tonight in real weather (AS) and it was a pussycat,

Aye, that fair weather theme seems to be a tombola of pot luck what you get sometimes
