Good afternoon.
Nick advised me to post here with the problem. I wanted to download a copy of the Bonanza (FSX). For some reason Firefox kept failing the download and I ended up using them all up. Now, the Bonanza no longer appears in my account! Lewis said that Mark or Nick should be able to help. I can provide my email address if necessary.

Is this when you're logged into your account on our store here? https://a2asimulations.com/my-account/
If so, do you mean that the Bonanza is showing 0 downloads remaining when you click on the red "downloads" link as shown below? Or that it's missing from this location entirely?
If it's the latter, are you sure you don't have more than one account on the store?

It's gone altogether and I only have the one account with the store. The Optional No Mipmap textures is there but no Bonanza itself!

I don't have access to account details or the back end of the store, but if you can drop a private message to "Mark - A2A" with your email address and order number (if you have a record of it) he should be able to check.
