autopilot fail
autopilot fail
I was flying along and my autopilot circuit breaker popped out so I'm trying to troubleshoot that now I may have to take the plane out of rotation until I find the problem of it. I may have to replace a autopilot servo I hope not though

Re: autopilot fail
Hello Greg,
Well, that's interesting - I wouldn't expect the autopilot circuit breaker to trip. Do you have the most recent update installed for the Bonanza?
Anyway, please let us know if any issues remain after resetting the breaker.
Thanks,
Nick

Re: autopilot fail
My autopilot circuit breaker popped today too. That’s on FSX:SE and the latest update.

Re: autopilot fail
Now I don't have CHT gauge and Oil Temp gauge isn't working at all is this a bug I just found with the latest update?

Re: autopilot fail
May be worth checking the relevant circuit breaker again Greg. (Top row, "oil & cyl temp".)
I'm not sure exactly how the circuit breakers are coded to trip, but one of the previous updates should have reduced the likelihood of this happening significantly.
Thanks,
Nick

Re: autopilot fail
I've also had a breaker or two trip in the past 30 hours or so - I think it was the autopilot both times, but at the least I'm sure it was avionics related. I generally chalked it up to my general abuse of the plane and poor startup/shutdown habits, since I seem to recall both times I noticed things failing to turn on after starting the airplane. I don't really see it as a bug or an issue, since the relentless breaker tripping of the original release is indeed fixed. Just need to pay attention and actually do my checks!

Re: autopilot fail
Quick update. I had the fuel gauges circuit breaker pop a couple of times lately. Still latest update.
