Cannot Download

Similar issue to another user in that I have just purchased the planem about an hour ago at the time of posting and am unable to download it. I can see my order number and order, but no download link. My store account is the same as my fourm account. I can email an admin my order number if they need it. Thank you for reading and hoping for quick resolution.
