Pop ups not working

I had to re-install PREPARED v4 and also the Bonanza. Shift 3, 4, and 7 my most used choices are not showing up. I checked the keys under the options
and those appear to be correct.

Hi.
When you go to the dropdown menus at the top , under instrument panel , can you see the options there for the popups like fuel/hangar , if so do they open that way.

Still don't have the traditional pop ups. Still not seeing the garage.

You did not answer my question , i asked if you could see and open the popups in another fashion , as a means of trying to see where the problem might be.
If you go to the top menu , and i know P3D is worded differently , but in FSXA if i open the top menu\views\instrument panel all the popups bar the walkaround are listed and can be opened that way if shift + 1 to 9 dont work due to possible key reasignments , mine are listed as follows:-
main panel---------------------------equal to shift+1
clipboard----------------------------equal to shift+2
mini controls-------------------------equal to shift+3
payload and fuel manager------------equal to shift+4
map--------------------------------equal to shift+5
quick radios-------------------------equal to shift+6
maintenance hangar-----------------equal to shift+7
AFK--------------------------------equal to shift+9

Also i know you mentioned that the keys where ok , but just double check the following under Options\Settings\Controls\buttons and keys.

In my PREPARED v4 at the top I went to the vehicle drop down ( the other options don't yield anything close to what I'm looking for ). Under vehicle, I went to the instrument drop down, from there Panel Manager. Panel Manager shows many options such as; ATC, GPS id794, Race Map. The closest thing that I found is the Fuel and Payload Option. In that option box are areas where I can choose the amount of fuel and the number of passengers, plus payload. It looks nothing like what I'm accustomed too from A2A.
In the key assignments I saw Panel Soft Key > 1-9. Panel Window Display ( display and hide ) > SHIFT 1 - SHIFT 9. The Garage is nowhere to be found.

It's working now that I re-installed. Thank you for your help.
