Circuit breakers logic

Hi guys!

A moment ago one of the circuit breakers popped while in cruise. That's ok, what i find curious is that the one who popped was the one labeled "AUX FUEL PUMP", but i have the pump off. How can the circuit breaker pop if the underlying system is not being used? is that possible?

PD: On a somewhat related note, on nearly every long flight i have circuit breakers popping. I dont know if that's something to be expected.

Apparently we have a little gremlin in there having fun popping fuses We are working on this.
