Recommended system requirements for FSX

Post by Aker »

Before I dare to purchase this product due to some posts were written to the forum about some of inconvenient experiences,
what are your recommendations?

For FSX SP2/Acceleration and FSX Steam Edition
Windows 7, 8, 10 supported.

I don't belive this will be enough, however I have 17-45 frames per second when flying the Comanche. In my discrete opinion the Bonanza eats much more, the reason I am telling this, because the model seems to be have a lot more of polygons.

Hello,

so long as you can run FSX well you will be fine with any of our FSX products. Best to let us know what your system is before we advise.

thanks,

Hi Lewis,

This would be slightly not a power plant, (uprage is planning with full blast)
Intel® Core™ i3 Dual Core 2.2, 4 Logical Processors, forced to unload core0
ASUS GeForce GT 710 2GB GDDR5
KINGSTON SV300S37A120G (2x)
12 GBs RAM

A2A Piper Comanche stress results: 17 fps (lowest), 29.9 fps (mid), 45 fps (highest - no head movements and stormy weather conditions)

Extensions: EZdok Camera 2, REX Sky Force 3D, DX10 Scenery Fixer, DX10 Cloud Shadows (the last one is turned off).

(I heard that, this aircraft exclusively uses 4K, Comanche is only used 2K)

Hello,

yes I am afraid you are pushing the limits with that lower power computer. You may experience some issues the more you load into it and you alreayd mention using ezdok and extra weather etc. If you upgraded the GPU to be more of a GPU you would probably be all set.

thanks,
