new cruise power setting

I have found my new cruise power setting for the Bonanza at 8000 and all other altitudes full throttle and 2400 on the prop 14.4 gph 165 to 166 knots True and that is what fltplan.com says on the true airspeed to

8000ft
CHT=181c
EGT=1365f
FF=14.4
TAS=166
fltplan.com TAS 165
