Accu-Sim Bonanza 35 Update 18.12.22.0 Released

Post Nick - A2A »

The first update for the Accu-Sim Bonanza 35 has been released. To download it, simply click the relevant Check For Updates icon in the Windows Start Menu under the "A2A Simulations" group.

This update also coincides with the release of optional non-mipmapped textures for the benefit of customers who were experiencing blurred graphics due to low global textures resolution settings. These texture packs can be downloaded for free from the A2A Simulations Store.

Er, good spot - I'll correct the typo. It would be interesting though I'm sure!

Thanks,
Nick

Thanks Greg - we're looking into the issue with downloading the FSX no mipmap textures from the store. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We created this optional “No Mipmaps” one step installer free for those who are experiencing blurry textures and either cannot configure Prepar3D to display the default textures properly, or just don’t want to bother with configurations.
[...]

Wow... To be honest I'm a bit puzzled about the text on your store page. I feel myself not belonging to either of the mentioned red marked groups but many thanks that I have clear and crisp visuals now in my otherwise well bothered and carefully configured setup ;)

While technically the concept behind mipmaps is nothing new, well documented in pros an cons and has for sure its benefits in given scenarios, on the other hand mipmaps were always in their long existence a source for problems because of the wide variance of possible combinations of hard-, software and configurations. When checking my whole bunch of payware addons currently installed I don't see many (saying literally no afaik) that use mipmaps (including all a2a before the Bo).

Otherwise I'm still more than happy with your marvelous rendition of the Bo.

Cheers and Thanks

Thanks for the update :D

I guess "updating" the KFC200" to follow LPV and LNAV+Vapproaches (via f.ex the Flight1 GTN 750) comes in a later update -right ?

When I like to do basic flying, I turn to A2A Aircraft, cause A2A "basic" flying means "complex" procedures.

Adjusted circuit breaker code.
Very happy with this one - gets very busy when a/p cb pops during approach! :D

Thanx,

Hello guys,

If you were one of the early birds who downloaded the 18.9.20 update in the first hour or so after release, please click the "Bonanza Check For Updates" icon again and you'll receive a fix for a bug that crept in with swapped fuel gauge indications. This will take your installation to 18.9.20.1. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Thanks,
Nick

I kinda suspected this was coming after reading 'input' by my fellow pilots, and decided to wait on my visit to the 'factory' for a fresh one off the assembly line...

Hello:

Honestly I wasn't planning to buy the Bonanza, I was a little disappointed when it was announced because I want a twin GA from A2A so bad that I was screaming "not another single engine!". But after watching Scott video like three times I had to get my wallet out (thanks a lot Scott). Needless to say, disappointment disappeared instantly after purchase. Along with A2A constant updates and service is a no brainier to buy everything that comes from their hangar.

Thanks A2A team.
