And now for the shortest registration I've ever painted: N6F

This repaint is equipped with a window cover to resemble the window layout of the early Bonanzas. Instructions to remove this are included.
To the other painters: I will be uploading a template for you to use on similar old Bonanzas tomorrow.

The cabin of N6F is kept in cool, light leather.

That is a really creative fix for the rear windows, Marius!

Ah, that's interesting, I'd like to try that out on N2778V and see if I can get it to work with the polished aluminium finish.

Thanks Marius

Yes, I've thought about it during selection of my todo-list and dismissed it as technically impossible (Alpha controls Transparency instead of Gloss).
But you bringing this up again now made me realize that it might be possbile after all via the fresnel. I edited that to remove the excessive original gloss from the window.

Looking forward to your findings!

Ah I see, yeah it's a rather complicated balance....I like to refer to this document for trying to understand how it all works, it mentions frensels.

In this case you will only need to up the brightness of the attached fresnel5. The thing I'm curious about is whether full white will be enough for the chrome effect.
While not destroying the optic of the other windows, that is. Altough should that be the case one could try experimenting with fresnel4 additionally.

This is so BEAUTIFUL! Could I make a suggestion, please? Or at least let it be a variant? Would be great if you made the color of the armrests and vertical stripe on the door (where the Bonanza badge is located) to match the (red) color of the seats, and also change the wood color (wherever there is a wood trim) to a reddish brown wood color like oak, cherry or mahogany. If you have more time too, you could make the panel 3 variants: white with the above suggested wood trim; red (matching the seats) with the suggested wood trim; and black as it is already, but with the suggested wood trim (oak, cherry or mahogany). Consider this as my request, and thank you in advance whether you get to do it or not.

Nice done, a simple but very striking paint scheme at the same time. Thank you so much for creating this.

I saw N6F and thought "WOW", then G-NEWT almost blew me away. It reminds me of the last Hurricane, PZ865, when that plane was raced in Hawker's colours of blue with gold trim back in the 1950's.

If the spinner was gold, it would almost be a latter day doppelganger :D
