Hi.
I loaded yesterday the P3DV3P version of the above model onto a new W10 machine. After some difficulty with unzipping, the files appeared to load in the usual A2A process without further problem. When I selected the model it opened with the engines running, but they immediately began to stop and start in a 3 - 4 second loop, even pull down menus were wiped. I started over by deleting the files and re-downloading them again from the A2A website with the same result. My order number is 122138. This aircraft flies beautifully in FSX, so it's disappointing that I have this problem with P3DV3P, the first I have had with any A2A model.
Cheers Rob

Hi Paul, sorry for late response (time and password problems). I've disabled all engine tabs, including auto mixture but the problem remains. Oddly, even with engines that turning off and on the airplane still makes enough speed to take off.
This is a new P3dv3 copy running on W10. The FSX copy I have running on another but slower machine with W7 works perfectly.

Hi Lewis, not that I'm aware. I cannot recall being promoted to do so. This is something new to me. Is it something that I should have done or not?

Rob, you indeed need simconnect to be installed. For whatever reason, P3D does not always install it.
The location of the files are here: Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v3\redist\Interface\FSX-SP2-XPACK\retail\lib\SimConnect.msi
Just run the SimConnect.msi file, restart your computer and all "should" be well!
