Had noticed that there was a bit too much smoke effect on touchdown with the Constellation so made a few alterations to the fx_tchdwn.fx file (not the A2A One) and then changed the line in the A2A Constellation Aircraft cfg effects touchdown to the file I altered.
I think it is now much better and a bit more realistic though it is really down to choice and personal opinion. I also made these changes for all heavy aircraft I have and presently doing one for medium sized aircraft.

If you wish to have this tyre smoke effect all you need to do is copy and paste the entries at the bottom.
I know many will be knowledgeable regarding aircraft cfg and effect folders but if any-one is unsure then this is the way I have done it so as not to affect other aircraft touch down effects.
in the Effects Folder go to fx_tchdwn.fx copy it and place on desktop. Open it with notepad and delete the whole contents then paste what is given below then save it. Change the file name of it from fx_tchdwn.fx to fx_tchdwn_connie.fx and place the file back into the Effects Folder. Finally go to your SimObjects Folder/Airplanes and open up the Constellation Folder Wos_L049 in the aircraft cfg scroll down to [effects] section and change the touchdown= so it reads:
touchdown=fx_tchdwn_connie.fx then save it and go fly.
Hope the above does not sound like teaching you to suck eggs but I'm sure that any-one new to flight simulation may be on a learning curve. Copy all below

BTW, if any-one finds that the smoke effect is too small you can increase this by scrolling down the file and looking for:
Color Start=197, 202, 205, 6
Color End=227, 224, 228, 0
There are three of these entries in the file and if you want a bit more smoke than the one I already put just increase the last number of the top row from 6 to 7, the very last entry is 5 but that can also be increased to 7. Cannot think why I put 5 as it should have been 6 and have now changed it. Must be my age!
