Radio and Transponder won't come on

I'm using the latest installer from the new store in P3Dv4.2. I can't get the radio and the transponder to work. Radio won't light up and transponder doesn't blink with Indent. The GNS400 works fine. The avionics switch is on and the circuit breaker is in. Shift+6 shows both are on.

Autopilot doen't seem to light up either. Switch on, autopilot on.

For the radios and transponder, are you actioning the rotary knobs for each on the far left to "on"?

(Rotating the transponder knob to the right to TST should illuminate the "ident" light just to the right of the rotary knob.)
