Gear downlocks model bug

Post by OuterMarker »

Hey guys,

Some days ago I noticed this on final approach. These boxes disappear immediately after touchdown and don't always show up when lowering the gear.
Is this something left from the beta process?

I also have a problem with my old forum/store Hotmail account. Is there a way to contact you in that regard?

Cheers,
Jan

Hello Jan,

Looks like you have the mode set to the gear lock being high. You can change this in your sim.

What's the issue your having with your store account?

Your simulations Manual is located under your start menu all programs A2A Simulations. Or if a win 8 user on your start screen when show all apps is selected.

Thanks,
Lewis

Hello Dani,

If you open the "controls" window with shift 3, there's an option (in the central column) to select different options for making the gear downlock windows on the wings of the T-6 more visible from the cockpit. To get rid of the 'floating boxes' pictured above altogether, click this entry until it shows "no gear lock aid".

Thanks,
Nick

Hello,

yes as Nick says there is just some extra bits to help users see the locks easier on the monitor.
