flaps/gear down speeds

Post by Zacke »

Hey guys,

the manual says at page 101 ("airspeed limitations") there should be a yellow line on the airspeed indicator showing the flaps down speed. As far as I see there's only the yellow arc (for sure not representing Vfe :)). Or am I blinded?

As far as I remember Vfe and Vle are 125 mph. Please could somebody confirm that.

Thanks in advance,
Zacke

Edit: The white arc is the Vfe and Vle is 150 mph, correct? Manual p. 103.

If your ASI is in MPH, there's a good picture of it on page 103. Ignore that part of the text on page 101

The Vfe of 125 mph is indicated by the start of the white arc and Vle is 150 mph noted by the heavier line at 150 mph. If your ASI is reading knots, there is no mark for Vle at 130 knots and the Vfe white arc starts at 110 knots.

Cheers,

Thanks for the clarification, Rob.

Yes, I always fly the T6 with IAS in mph. (But I can't confirm a heavier line at 150 mph ;).)
