I love that scheme, Martin, and great job on the research/brain behind the operation. ; ) As a Duxford resident, the aircraft has been shown a lot in this photo thread at the Key forum (daily photographic coverage of the warbird flying at Duxford): http://forum.keypublishing.com/showthre ... %282016%29

Or: https://www.flickr.com/search/?text=G-B ... osted-desc

Unfortunately it suffered some damage to its port-side elevator, a little over a week ago, due to high winds, but it has already been under repair.

Just to let you know that the paint scheme is still being worked on and should be finished soon. I've had family issues and Matt the artist a hard drive failure, but together we should be able to present something:

A thousand apologies! :)

Seriously was one of my latest projects and was 'payment' for my time and efforts. Been so lucky over the years. All from a little lad with the T-6 being my favourite aeroplane to working for a British T-6 Formation Team, Editor of a European Harvard Magazine, European Correspondent for the North American Trainer Association and then working for various warbird companies in my spare time. Researched over 80 histories and 6 British T-6s are flying in colours as to my research. I must have done something right or would have just been sat at home for all those years.

But it's been down to some wonderful people that I have met over the years - people that have supported me through and through and helped me develop my interest. Some people I have a lot to thank for and Scott and Co, have to be part of it all. Was so pleased to have been asked to be a consultant to the T-6 project and do sincerely believe with working with A2A and some truly wonderful folk (you know who you are!), that you all have the best rendition of a T-6 anywhere. Through this and being here, have made a lot of new friends and long may it continue.

I'm now working away on another 6 projects and am due to fly my 14th T-6 later this year. Am more busy now than was 15 or so years ago. But wouldn't change a thing!

Best wishes to all,

Martin
