I was always wondering, is Heidi a real person or was she made up?

Her voice is very real, but the visuals are made up

How do you get Heidi in the front seat? My menu doesn't allow switching seats.

You go to the shift+4 menu and click on the pilots seat. That should give you the option to put the male pilot or Heidi in the front seat. Maybe make sure she is not already occupying the rear seat when you try to do this.
