Hello,

yes if using dx10 mode with the fixer you should run the conversion everytime a new aircraft is installed. For good measure I would tend to personally run it whenever any change was made to my sim install. The dx10 fixer and dx10 mode is a must for FSX imo. Adds so much to the sim.

A tip if you need lights in the cockpit, but not so much. Turn on the cockpit light in the back seat, and leave the light in the front off. It will spill light to the front, and you'll have some light, but not so much that you are blinded at night.
