Comanche 250 downloads show 0 in my account

Greetings Tech support,
I have tried to download the comanche with the new installer in past and due to unstable internet i kept getting disconnected.

I decided to try again but now my prepar3d v4 comanche shows 0 downloads...does this mean i have to purchase that version again or can u reset the downloads for me. I always keep backups of my A2A aircraft. But have not been able to get my comanche with the new installer for v4 to be able to update.
Any assistance in the matter will be very much appreciated.
