The purchase made at the old A2A store

Post by AlexBR »

I have the Comanche 250 bought in the old store of A2A already requested transfer to the new store until the moment was not transferred, this should be automatic, and not be taking the time of who bought the product from you, please could check what is happening? I have all the copies of the payment, thank you.

Hello and welcome to the A2A forums,

Please can you let us know how long ago you filled out the transfer form? It's not possible for this process to be 'automatic' as Lewis from A2A has to find your details on the old store, award you your 'A2A flying hours' (our form of loyalty points) and transfer this information to the new store.

Because there's been quite a surge in transfer requests due to the recent Bonanza release, this process may take a little longer than usual. However, you generally shouldn't have to wait more than a day or two.

Thanks,
Nick

Yes, everything is all up to date as of the date of this post, I've spent the day processing requests so hopefully everyone is OK for the time being and they not only have there products on the new store but also a bunch of flying hours to use for discounts on future purchases 8)

thanks,
Lewis

Apologies for highjacking the thread however I have the same question.

I filled in the Google Form and was wondering when I can expect my purchase to transfer to the new store.

Order 126671 if anyone needs.

Regards

Matt

Hi Matt - welcome to the forums.

It shouldn't be too long, but Lewis has to manually process these requests. Since we started releasing the rain updates, migration requests (and requests to transfer FSS purchases) have increased quite a bit. How long ago did you fill in the form?

Thanks,
Nick

Hi Nick,

Thanks for the welcome... I only did it a day or two ago, so it's no problem. Just curious :)

Matt

I believe 48hrs is the normal max wait, often in 24hrs. As Nick says, whilst the migrations and notices have been out since May, and where by all accounts getting slower, the recent updates have awoken a great many to the need to get the updates since earlier this year so numbers have shot up coupled with the demise of FSS and developers including ourselves left to pick up the pieces of another third party vendor going down.

thanks,
