Is there a way to get the "sim approach course" to show in the map? Since p3d is hopeless outdated its so annoying flying a ILS app manual with charts that are correct.

Hello Patric,

I don't think it's possible to show the ILS course/runway heading on the 'shift 5' map. However, if you're using current charts, you can update the Prepar3D navdata for free using the tools available here: http://www.aero.sors.fr/navaids3.html.

Just be aware that the updated navdata may cause issues with the default flight planner and that add-on scenery navdata (e.g. Orbx) won't tend to be updated.
