Lewis - will we need an updated installer for this and other A2A products or will the current installer work.

I'm puzzled - if I understand LM's comments correctly, they do not want any files installed into the core P3D3 folder. I *assume* that to mean aircraft also, so I'm guessing that we will have to install the A2A products into an "external" folder and reference the path in the simobjects.cfg file.

Hello

Engine ran worse and worse and worse.
Tried to clear fouled sparkplugs, replaced them, but engine wouldnt rev high anymore.

Damage Off on the AccuSim overlay panel allows me to use the Comanche, althou without wear and tear.

Also, Towing doesnt not work.

Thank you

Sounds like you have P3D settings set incorrectly, please see the manual for correct settings.

Lewis

All realism settings set accordingly to the Comanche manual, yet nothing showed up in yellow/red letters in the maintenance hangar.

Another problem I'm experiencing is Prepar3D v3 crashes whenever I reselect/reload the Comanche.

Thank you

Hello,

as mentioned its not got a V3 installer yet and if you have run the updater it probably wont work at all at present.

I got mine to work temporarily by renaming my V3 folder to V2, this allowed me to run the updates, however this probably only works if you have V2 installed or perhaps you can edit the registry, I'm not sure how the installers work exactly. Then I renamed the main directory back to v3. All is working great, except the door bug where if unlatched and opened it will just open and close many times and sim must restart (seems to be P3D related and not just A2A, most of my addon aircraft are having issues). I thought I had an issue with my GPS and Avionics, but turns out it was a pesky little switch the whole time with a newer AccuSim than I was used to running haha

Hope this offers a bit of help until the real v3 installers make their way out :)

Definitely not a good idea  Renaming a directory back and forth may open a can of worms in your registry and can lead to wrong installation of a few files. There are better means to outsmart the installer and updater but as this is no official way proposed by A2A I cannot give any advice on that. It's better to wait for the official installer and updater.

New installers are out now, A2A Store users can log into your account to download and third party vendor customers should be able to do similar at there stores soon as Ive sent out the installers to the stores for updating.

The Accu-sim updater itself has also been updated so remember to run that too!

Hi Lewis,

I bought all A2A Products at Simmarket. Must I download and install the new installers until they are available and only then the AccuSim Updater?

At the moment I don't see the new installers at Simmarket.

Regards,
Martin
