Sorry I wasn't clear, is the Cherokee product itself the correct version to match your P3D. For example P3Dv4 requires the v4 cherokee installer, v5 requires the v5 installer etc.

How do I upgrade to V5 Cherokee? I believe I have V3 Cherokee.

Hello,

you'll need to log into your store account and download the correct version for the simulation you are using.

Lewis, The store does not show all my purchases. A few months ago I followed the instructions to migrate to the new store also. Dean

Hello,

the store migration will only move over using the information given and only move A2A Store purchases so if you purchased via a third party you will need to go to your store of purchase. Also if the email is incorrect and not products are found using the information submitted then the request is skipped.

Can you please Private message me your email details of your current store account + old one so I can check. I do recall seeing piper email on the migration form but the information given we resulting is zero results to move over.
