Further refining my polished technique; thanks to km2727 for the suggestion on how to get the "brushed metal" look. Maybe A2A would want to have this paint loaded up at AirVenture 2016 (if they're going to have a booth again).

Yes, those are eagle silhouettes on the side, and no, it doesn't represent the number of bird strikes this plane's had. Each one is meant to represent a Young Eagles Rally in which the pilot of this plane gave rides to kids.
