I’m not sure, but I think you can make the adjustment int the aircraft.cfg file. Always make a back up before staring the modification.

You can do that. Scroll all the way down in the aircraft.cfg (the one you install liveries in) file using notepad or some other text editor until you see the camera definitions. Change the initialzoom entry to the zoom you want. For example, initialzoom = 0.5 would give you a zoom of 0.5 when you use that camera.

Another option is to load your default flight, adjust the zoom as required and then resave the flight with this modified zoom setting. In that way, the same zoom setting will be used for any aircraft that you load, which is generally best for getting a consistent 'feel' for speed and depth perception.
