No downloads available on the store

Hi guys,

I bought the C182 Professional from the old store back in Dec/2017. I did the account migration back then and at some point I did downloaded the new installers for P3D v4 earlied this year.
I went into the store today to see if I had the most up-to-date files but oce into my account I cannot see any downloads links in the download area. Could you guys please have a look?
Let me know what other info is needed in order to restore my purchase in the new store.

PS and FYI: I am still able to access the purchase file download on the old store.

the account migration will have resulted in an email being sent. Can you please send me via PM the order number and or the emails you have used on the stores and ill get that sorted for you.
