Hi,

I found out as it seems many did, that the flightsimstore has gone under. I have just registered on the forum and tried to send a private message to Lewis (assuming that's the correct thing to do!) about seeing if I could get my purchase license transferred. But I am not able to send a private message due to just having registered? Please could I be advised over what the best thing to do is, thank you!

Hi Tom and welcome to the A2A forums.

Yep, unfortunately FSS have ceased trading and sending a PM to "Lewis - A2A" is exactly what you need to do to get access to any of our products you purchased from them. Now that you've had your first post manually approved (this is to protect community members from spammers) you should be able to send PMs. Once you've done that, Lewis will send you some further instructions.
