Order not showing

A2A, I bought the C182 for FSX and then for P3D. It's been a while since I downloaded the model and I was attempting to verify that I have the most recent version. When I go to my account's history and downloads, nothing shows. My order number was 110438. Any idea what happened to my account? I'd also previously purchased the B337 (FSX, need to upgrade to P3D), the C172 (FSX then P3D), and the C182 (FSX then P3D).

Hi Mike,

We migrated to a new online store last year; it sounds like you made your purchases on the old store before this happened. However, to migrate your purchases to the new store, you can simply follow the steps in this sticky topic.

Please bear in mind that the account transfer once you've filled in the Google form is handled manually by Lewis, so doesn't happen instantaneously.
