Hey guys,
my Skylane has just 7 hours on the tach. So it's quite a bit before adding some oil.
My question is: If I add oil via the payload menu (shift-4) does that mix the old and the fresh oil?
Thanks in advance,
Zacke
does adding oil mix the oil in the oil tank

Yep that’s exactly what it does. Just like in a real plane if you would pour a liter of oil into the engine.

Cool!
So if I want to do a complete oil change I could empty and refill the oil via Shift-4?

Exactly right. That’s how I do it too at the regular service intervals

And what does happen if I change the oil grade and than top up the oil level with some quarts? Does it than mix the grades?
