Hello Elron and welcome to the forums,

If you haven't already done so, please can you download and install the latest Accu-Sim update from this post. Also, if you can let us know which host simulator you're using, it'll be easier for us to help.

You need to click the icon, not the cover itself.
Elron wrote:2.how to activate nws?
If you mean nosewheel steering, this should be fixed by the update I mentioned above.
Elron wrote:3.I cant find the menu to put on the sunglasses for example.
By default, Shift 3 will open this menu.

Yes, this is normal. In common with nearly all flightsim add-ons, passenger aren't modelled in the internal view.

Thanks,
Nick

thanks for your answer.
The Update I did directly after the Installation. But when it download the uodate it only loads ca.70mb of 200mb and installed it. After that I retried it and it sad me I use the newest version?!?!
I use FSX including SP1 ans SP2.

Yes I know that I have to click the Icon but then nothing happens, thats the Problem.

Hi,

Just to add to Nick's detailed explanation, you can also use the 'Shift+3' menu to remove or install the Pitot tube cover. :)

Elron,

With regards to the pitot tube cover issue, you may need to check that the "advanced animations" setting is enabled within the FSX user interface.

Thanks,
Nick

What "other way" does it not work?

What icon are you clicking on and under what circumstances? What does this icon look like?

The Icon to remove the pitot cover. Its in the "walk around" procedure. The icon look like an "L".
All other buttons are working.

That would be the correct one... That is very odd. Have to think about that one given that it works elsewhere. Do the other walk around functions work¿

Yes all other buttons work like the wheel chucks.
Only at the backsite when I push the button to test the elevator only the right eleron goes up and down.
The left one don't move.
The airplane is in a good condition. I mean nothing is broken.

The elevator trim tab will wiggle while the button is held down, the trim tab is on the right elevator. This is normal.

Yes, this is normal Elron. The Cessna 182 has a trim tab on the right elevator only.

I can't reproduce the issue with the pitot cover icon at the moment I'm afraid. By the way, about 70 MB would be correct for the update size.

Thanks,
Nick
