update problems

Post by mike4370 »

I just downloaded and installed this new update and having the same problem i had with the previous update. everything in the maintainence hangar destroyed, no sounds, and now upon loading the aircraft, it rolls forward and i have to actually hit the brakes to make it stop. I've checked my fsx cfg file and nothing has changed. in fact i saved a copy of my fsx cfg file after i fixed the problem with the last update and tried replacing the current one with one that i knew was ok. everything was working beautifully before this update. its not a simconnect problem. PLEASE help.

Great to hear, what was the culprit? Was it just a system restart?

thanks,

no, one of the parameters under "trusted" in the fsx cfg file was a negative number when it should have been a positive number. I missed it at first look. imagine that.... ONE small detail and it reaked havoc on my A2A planes.

Hey Lewis, good news... this newest update (1-26-15) didn't mess up anything this time. :D
