First off, those shots are beautiful! Absolutely amazing.
That repaint caught my eye. It looks very VERY familiar. Is that N46677 by any chance? If so, it's these pictures that caused me to release an update to the repaint. You're flying with an older version of the paint. My buddy originally made this paint for me because my dad owned that plane. Then we used it as a tutorial to teach me how to repaint. In the process, I was able to clean up a few things. I added the stripe across the nose of the cowl that should be there. (That was a project in itself!!) I found the correct fonts for the registration numbers. I painted the nose cone the correct brown. I also tweaked the cream color to better match the paint of the actual airplane. (To the best of my dad's memory. We owned it 40 years ago!)
As soon as I get the link from AVSIM, I'll post it here. In the meantime, here are a few screenies with the updates. (Sorry, I used to have a photosharing website. I don't anymore. This link is the best I can do.)

Thanks! Yes, this's 46677. This's one of the best repaints for the C-182 that I have seen. Really looking forward to the new version, please let me know immediately. Thanks you!mtbparker wrote: ↑07 Apr 2019, 20:13 First off, those shots are beautiful! Absolutely amazing.

Hi, Tom! Thanks. I see what the new repaint has become completely matte and without gloss. So it should be in the original?
Re: Accu-Sim 182 Skylane SCREENSHOTS (Now Available)
OH! Yeah. I changed that too to tone down the shine a bit. Waxing a plane always took a lot of time that my dad never had! He had me and my brother to contend with, with us at 5 and 3 years old. We consumed all his spare time.
If you're interested in a few shots of the original aircraft, here they are:

Great photos, Tom! But I see there C172. Although it does not matter Repaint is beautiful. If time permits, do the dirty repaint on the C172. Will be cool!
Re: Accu-Sim 182 Skylane SCREENSHOTS (Now Available)
Thanks again for the compliment.
Sadly, I don't think I'll be repainting the C172 anytime soon. I don't own it, nor do I have the time to repaint anymore. I've got two kids of my own which consume all the extra time I have.
I'm glad you like that repaint. Fly the heck out of it!
Cheers,
Tom
