I have problem with missing sound in A2A planes when using VR with my new HP Reverb G2. After in P3D 5.1 loading for example the Cherokee in VR I hear no engine sound. I have checked my Accusim sound setting which says that
Speakers (USB audio controller) is selected
and I know that this is my VR headset speakers since I hear test sounds in them when that unit is selected. Occasionally I have had the accusim sound in VR but I don't know what was done different that time. And sometimes I have had sound in the ordinary Realtek 5.1 speakers. And of course in the Windows setting I have enabled the options to use the VR headset audio when using VR. And that works for other simulators.
I would like to know exactly what I must do to get accusim sounds in the VR unit ?

Hello Jan,
make sure your default sound device on the system is the VR set and you should be set.
thanks,

Re: Soiund problem with A2A planes
I have tried that now and it does not work. Actually after setting the playback device to the VR set speakers P3D own supplied planes does not have any engine sound. But for them it was back as soon as I set the playback device back to default audio device. I also tried to set the accusim device to my ordinary speakers but that didn't help me. But why does not accusim sound play sound in the selected device in the accusim menu?Lewis - A2A wrote: ↑16 Mar 2021, 16:50 Hello Jan,

Re: Soiund problem with A2A planes
I misunderstood you and thought that I should set it inside P3D. At any rate I tried setting the device SPEAKERS (Realtek USB 2.0 Audio) in the Accusim menu and then I got the sound.Lewis - A2A wrote: ↑17 Mar 2021, 12:12 Hello,
