Cold start with the pa180 and more ..

Hey, I think the PA180 start very easily when her engine is cold and primed 3 time. In real life the engine take more time to start.

I think , it will be good if this iis patch in the next accu-sim update (2.1).

I've one suggestion for a future Accu-Sim GA aircraft. The R2160 can be a good place with accu-sim and we can't found any r2160 on FSX.
