Hi,
1) I noticed the oil colour is different when compared to the C172, it is yellow instead of being darker.
2) What was the ST mode meant for? It looks very similar to HD mode...Just can't appreciate it's utility...
3) What are the differences between trk lo and hi? When would you use one compared to the other?
4) Is there any good reference on the Davtron 903? Is it supposed to give distance for Vor and Ils?
Thanks,
David

Re: A few questions...
Hey David,
Not sure about the oil but to your other questions...
ST is a steering mode. When selected use the knob on the upper left of the AP to turn the plane left or right.
LO mode is less responsive than HI. Eliminates "hunting" when you are near a station.
Good owner's manuals for AP and Davtron here -

Very helpful. I really like the Davtron when flying without GPS. Helps situational awareness.

Wow thank you Eddie!
I'm so distracted lately...how could I have missed those manuals???
I really like this basic autopilot! This is a real trainer, not the C172 imho.
Cheers,
David
