Accidental Purchase Of 172 instead of 180 Academic :(

I'm posting this here because I have no idea if the tech support link that I emailed from is up and running or if anyone reads them. Like an idiot I accidentally ordered the wrong aircraft, the 172 trainer, for me here in Canada that's an 83$ mistake.

Can this be rectified, or am I screwed? As you can see there are no downloads from that account at all, there are 5 left on each file.
