Calibrating throtte with Pricision flight controls

It's most likely the way the developers designed this bird but no how can I get the mixture control to work or calibrate my throttle -for instance you move your throttle 1/4 of an inch to start but with my set up I got to push it over an inch or she won't start .Also I have a brand new set of Cessna Saitek pedals and on this bird there's barely any brakes . I went to FSUIPC to set the .INL file at 0 from 75 and still the same. My trim on my Precision Flight control yoke is real real slow like others have here I see posted but I also have a trim wheel from Desk Top aviators and it works good so i'll just use that , no big deal . She is a nice bird, I have over 200 hours in this real world, in fact the 1st time I flew one I lost a mag leaving Thunder Bay.
