Door opens and closes

I have only found one bug (P3d 2.2 Pro license, Win 8.1) and that is when I shut everything down manually (not C&D from the SHFT-3 window) and then either hit SHFT-E or the Door item, the door opens and closes without stopping and can only be stopped by doing Autostart and then Auto C&D. Clicking on either hit SHFT-E or the Door item does not stop the door issue. It's the first time that a bug made me laugh when it happened.

Else, the 180 flies beautifully and is a great companion to the C172.

Were you parked next to a fuel pump at an airport?

I agree to molleh's idea. This is a common behaviour on the Fuel Spot.

Yes if you are at a fuel station in FSX or P3D it is a feature of the platform that the doors on aircraft will not stay open.

It may have even been similar in FS2004 I cannot remember.

A little off the subject, but it does have to do with the door.
Has anyone started the engine with the door open? Try it and see what happens. Another nice little effect.

I also noted that if you try to open the door with the engine running the slipstream keeps it shut. Nice touch!
