Didn't create store account and now no way to download

I made a dumb mistake--I was in a hurry to purchase and didn't create a store account and (worse) didn't save/print the page with the order confirmation and download info. I emailed support - was that the right step to take?

Hello Steve,

the account is normally created automatically. The user name is the email you have used to purchase. You should also have recieved email confirmation of the purchase, its worth checking your SPAM mail filter as the email is automatic and can be picked up as SPAM in this day and age of SPAM.

I just checked on the store and you are all set to log in and download. If you are unsure of your password please click forgotten password. Any further issues give me a yell here.

No email confirmation yet, but got one from PayPal. Nothing in Gmail's spam folder. I may have made this worse by creating the account with that same email address after I realized my mistake. Is there information I can provide to you privately to help confirm the purchase and/or fix this?

SOLVED:

The store account was created with the address associated with PayPal, not the one I normally use. Logged in to store, downloading files. Sorry about the fire drill...
