Hello Andy and welcome to the forums,

what PC are you running, how long did you wait for the textures to load in?

Can you please also tell us more about the setup, which platform are you running etc?

It looks like its still loading in the textures, which if you are on a lower end PC will take a little longer to load in as normal.

Just in case though make sure you install and then run the latest Accu-sim updater here if using FSX/P3Dv3 or below;

Can you let me know your order on the store so I can check you have the correct version also.

thanks,

Hi Andy,

Looks like you're using P3Dv5, so the update link that Lewis posted above can be ignored for now. But yes, if you can give us a little more info about your hardware and system in general it should help to understand the problem.

Thanks,
Nick

Hello Andy,

thanks for the added information. In this case we will want to re-visit what has changed on your system between it working and not working.

Something will have happened be it new software in the sim, new windows update anything is a clue as to what may have happened to make it go from working OK to not working. Any recent driver updates too?

thanks,

Hello,

can you let us know if you are installing to a one drive folder?

As that can cause issues for sure.

OK, please can you uninstall and then remove any left over files. Also make sure you run P3D after uninstall so it removes the A2A add-on folder from itself. The restart your machine and reinstall to the new location.

I wouldnt give up that easily given it was working, and the one drive screwed it up, it means it is of course solvable.

Did you follow the steps I gave you exactly?

Did you make sure P3D no longer has A2A in its add-ons menu?

Can you let me know the new directory you chose to reinstall in after the system restart.

Okie dokie,

any error messages, did the update run ok etc?

Also before reinstalling did you make sure to delete any folders left over and restart the system prior to reinstall?

I also wonder if your one drive reinstall may have broken P3D itself as it also holds files in the docs areas too. It might be worth running and reinstall of P3D too.

Andy,

Just to add to Lewis's comments, it might be worth manually deleting the Prepar3D.cfg file too.

C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Roaming\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v5\Prepar3D.cfg

In fact, with the new Hotfix 2 for P3Dv5 being released today, it would be a good opportunity for a completely clean reinstall of the simulator.

Thanks,
