Thanks for the series of images in the vid syscd. The KAP 140 installation in the 172 uses custom coding so that it can behave more realistically than the default FSX/P3D autopilot, and here you're simply asking it to operate outside of its design parameters. As mentioned above, it looks almost like you're trying to use it as an autoland system to fly you onto the runway, but it's not capable of safely controlling the aircraft this close to the runway.

You should be disconnecting the autopilot no later than the middle marker / missed approach point which is typically passed at around 200 feet above ground level.

Below is an extract from the KAP 140 manual which can be downloaded here.

I have flown that approach many times using several types of light aircraft.

Each time I engage the autopilot at 2000 feet and my method is exactly the same regardless of the aircraft I am flying.

This includes the Maule (p3d) defualt aircraft, and the Mooney Acclaim (p3d) default aircraft.
There is no diffrence in my approach to the landing. Except these two dont sway so much (at any time!)

Thanks for that. In future I will disengage my autopilot at DA.

Might as well follow the same practice for your Maule and Mooney too. They have autopilots of about the same capability and the same restrictions on operation.
